Pumpkin Tea Showdown Finale

The Pumpkin Tea War was a lot of fun for my daughter and I. We got to compare which of my many pumpkin teas were our favorites. In the first round we pretty much agreed on which tea should advance to the second round, but at the end we each had a different favorite tea. You can read about round 1 here. For round 2 we had the following teas:

  • Lidl Pumpkin Spice vs Spice and Tea Exchange Pumpkin Chai Latte
  • Yogi Pumpkin Spice vs Dollar Tea Club Pumpkin Patch
  • Rocky Mountain SereniTEA Pumpkin Pie vs August Uncommon Psychocandy

The final pairing in round 2 was the hardest for me personally since those two teas are among my favorites right now. I have the review for Pumpkin Pie up and the review for Psychocandy will be up tomorrow. The first two rounds both had very clear winners. I will even say that I was surprised that the tea bags won as I usually prefer loose leaf tea. It goes to show that you just don’t know until you’re tasting them side by side.

For the final round of our Pumpkin Tea Showdown we had three teas going up against each other. They were:

  • Lidl Pumpkin Spice Tea
  • Yogi Pumpkin Spice Tea
  • August Uncommon Psychocandy

I do want to note that all of the teas featured in this showdown have been delicious. In the end my daughter and I just could not agree one one favorite tea. So we wound up with 2 winners. She selected Lidl Pumpkin Spice as her favorite and I selected August Uncommon Psychocandy as my favorite. Now I just need to make sure that we both have plenty of our favorites on hand before they are gone for the year.
